Sausage Cheese Dip
Ingredient
1 lb lite pork sausage
1 lb low fat pasteurized cheese
1 can tomatoes, 10 ounce
1 can green chilies, diced
Directions
Brown the sausage in a skillet. Drain.
Melt the cheese in a double boiler, over water or in the micro wave.
Combine the sausage, tomatoes, cheese and chilies, stir well and reheat over low flame, in the micro wave or in your fondue dish if needed.
Serve with the tortilla corn chips and vegetable sticks.
