Corn Tortilla Chips
Ingredients
1 pkg corn tortillas, twelve
1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 can non stick spray, (Pam, etc), or brush and vegetable oil
Salt to taste (optional)

Directions
Spray both sides with the non stick spray, or coat lightly with oil on both sides using the brush. Arrange tortillas in a stack. Cut in half, then, cut each half into thirds.
Place wedges on a baking sheet, and season as desired. Turn them over and season the other side.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375-400 degrees till crisp, approximately 6-10 minutes. Watch these closely because when they turn brown it happens real quick, and then they are burned.
Serve with home made salsa and enjoy.
Variation:
Try a light dusting of chili powder.
YIELD: 6 DOZEN CHIPS
Corn chips usually provide 160 calories per ounce, 9 grams fat. These will be less than that.
