There are no surcharges on any credit card. We will also accept payment by personal or business checks, cashiers check, and money order. Items paid by personal or business check may be delayed for processing.
30 DAY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product that you have purchased from ACACIA ARTISANS, you may return it for refund or exchange within 30 days of the original invoice shipping date, under the following conditions:
The refund or exchange is good for 30 days from the original date of shipping. You may request a refund or a credit to apply to other Acacia Artisans products. All returned merchandise must be in new condition, just as the product was when shipped.
Shipping is not refundable
Please insure your returned shipment. Damaged goods will not be refunded.

Please send a copy of the invoice or the invoice number with the merchandise. Return payment will be made in the same form that you paid for your merchandise. Credit card purchases will be credited to your charge account; check and money orders purchases will be refunded with an Acacia Artisans check.
