At Acacia Artisans, we do custom orders. May we have something made for you? Just fill out the form on our contact page, and we will return a quote.

We at Acacia Artisans respect your privacy. Please view our privacy statement.

Discounts will be applied to your order. 5% for orders over $75.00, and 10% for orders over $150.00. Shipping charges are excluded from all discounts. Arizona taxes for Arizona residents are applied after any discount is applied.

SECURE SERVER WITH SSL
With the intent to protect our customers, we at Acacia Artisans offer you secure shopping for purchases with peace of mind. The secure server requires Netscape Navigator 3.0 or greater or Microsoft IE 3.01 or greater. If you don't have these they can be downloaded free of charge.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept these major credit cards.

There are no surcharges on any credit card, ever. We will also accept payment by personal or business checks, cashiers check, and money order. Items paid by personal or business check may be delayed for processing.

30 DAY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product that you have purchased from ACACIA ARTISANS, you may return it for refund or exchange within 30 days of the original invoice shipping date, under the following conditions:

The refund or exchange is good for 30 days from the original date of shipping. You may request a refund or a credit to apply to other Acacia Artisans products. All returned merchandise must be in new condition, just as the product was when shipped.

Please insure your returned shipment. Damaged goods will not be refunded.

Please send a copy of the invoice or the invoice number with the merchandise. Return payment will be made in the same form that you paid for your merchandise. Credit card purchases will be credited to your charge account; check and money orders purchases will be refunded with an Acacia Artisans check.
